Monthly Drawing
You are invited to register for our monthly drawing. Each month we will be giving away a $10.00 gift certificate to be used on our web site. Here is how you can register.
1.Email us at mmaternity@woh.rr.com with your name, address, phone number, and email address. (Your personal information is never given out or sold.) 2. Type your Due Date and the Sex of your baby if known or Not Pregnent.

Due Date Aug.11,2005 ( your name will go into the drawing of the month you are due.)
Boy or Girl
Or if unknown
Due Date Aug.11,2005 ( your name will go into the drawing of the month you are due.)
Unknown
Or
Not Pregnant ( your name will go into the next months drawing.)
If your Name is drawn we will contact you by phone or email.
